Workshop on Hydrogen Innovation & Entrepreneurship

On June 5 and 6, 15 PhD students from all Walloon universities working on H2-related research topics actively participated in the Workshop on Hydrogen Innovation & Entrepreneurship, organised by UCLouvain within the framework of the Walloon Win4Excellence project TiNTHYN.
The programme of this 2-day workshop included introductions to intellectual property and enterpreneurship, given by Mathieu Palate (KTO UCLouvain) and Bernard Surlemont (FR2B/ ULiège), the concepts of and practical exercises on ideation and creation with and without AI, given by Birgit Thoben (Future.Solutions GmbH), and lectures on Sustainable Energy Future & Ethics Calibration, Hydrogen Markets and Current Developments and Success and Failure of Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Businesses, provided by Robert Steinberger-Wilckens (University of Birmingham).
